In these two coaching sessions, two teachings and two workshops, you will receive guidance and support from an experienced coach who will help you identify your strengths and areas for improvement. You will also learn valuable skills and strategies to help you achieve your goals and maximise your potential.
This programme is open to all young adults in Lushnje over the age of 18, regardless of background, gender or experience. We believe that everyone has the potential to achieve greatness and we are committed to helping you discover and unleash your inner talents.

As a coach with 28 years of experience working with youth, young adults, and volunteers, I have a deep passion for empowering young people to discover their strengths and pursue their dreams with hope and confidence. My unique strength lies in my ability to inspire and motivate young people to take ownership of their lives, set goals, and take action towards achieving them.
Over the years, I have honed my coaching skills to create a safe and supportive environment for young people to explore their interests and talents, and to develop the skills and resilience necessary to overcome obstacles and challenges. Whether it’s helping a young person find their calling, supporting a young adult in navigating a career transition, or guiding a volunteer to make a meaningful impact in their community, I bring a wealth of experience, insight, and empathy to each coaching relationship.
My approach is grounded in a deep respect for the unique strengths, challenges, and experiences of each individual I work with. I believe that every young person has the potential to make a positive impact on the world, and I am committed to helping them unlock that potential and achieve their goals.
